We have two rooms available. Our original second floor space which is 60Msq with high impact cushioned flooring and a new space on the first floor – also about 60Msq – which has carpet. Both rooms are suitable for Yoga, pilates etc. and the second floor is most suitable for dance activities that require you to “travel”.

We look forward to working with you!

In The Moment is also available for workshops, seminars, training courses and therapy groups, As we are primarily a movement studio, we do not supply audiovisual or display equipment, but we do have a small easel whiteboard/chalkboard.  If you require the use of a flipchart then we highly recommend Magic Whiteboard which comes on a roll, sticks to the wall without adhesive and can be wiped clean. I use this and it’s great. I usually take pictures if I want to capture notes. They also do a chalkboard version. We just ask that you don’t write on the wall by mistake! ;-) There is a cheaper version on sale called Magic Flipchart

If you are a teacher or therapist who would like to book a  regular slot, we do have some availability, especially during the day.  If you have read the “about ITM” page, you will know where we’re coming from, so it will be no surprise to know that Graeme will want to meet you, and to learn about you and your teaching or therapy practice before he commits to adding your class to the programme.
