Breathing Sessions.

Incorporating Chi Kung Practices, Meridian stimulation, movement to free the restrictions to breath and Breath practices from the explorations of varied yoga principles.  The simple aim here is to generate a regular practice of Breathing, to maintain resilience to the lung and associated structures involved in respiration.
