Seasonal Yoga works with nature to help balance your energy whatever season we are in, for example we naturally have more energy in the summer so classes tend to be more dynamic, and we need to restore our energy in the winter so classes will be at a slower pace and be more gentle.  So you can expect to have a variety of yoga throughout the year.  It also incorporates energy work as in elements of Qi Gong and Dao-In (self shiatsu) so works in a more subtle level too and adheres to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 5 elements and the related meridians.  Whatever the season, classes are hatha based and include pranayama, meditation or yoga nidra where and when appropriate, alongside traditional asanas and flows.  Seasonal yoga is suitable for beginners as well as long term yogis.
