A 60 minute full body workout that stretches, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and decompresses joints.  This is a moderately-paced restorative class, ideal for active, healthy and fully mobile participants.  A diverse music playlist accompanies each routine creating a fun, positive environment.  You will leave feeling re-balanced, revived and strong.
