A dynamic flowing yoga practice consisting of pranayama, asana and dharma.  Whether we move with a physical intention or a philosophical focus, the aim is to embody and somatically explore the practice beyond the asana.

Introductory Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Is perfect for anyone new to yoga, or unsure of the practice.   It is here we will break down the practice, and build a core understanding of yoga, from both a physical and philosophical point. It is necessary to have boundaries in place that ensure safety when we are moving and exploring this beautiful practice.  This class will offer an opportunity to learn or refine your yoga practice.
