jury-logoA ten week introduction to the basics of Hatha Yoga.  We will work with building strength in the legs and core; learn simple flowing sequences and basic hip and back opening postures.  By the end of the ten weeks, with conscientious study, you will have a basic yoga practice that you can continue to work with in self-practice after the course completion.

Venue:  In The Moment, 72 Berkeley St, Glasgow, G3 7DS.

Dates:  10th January ’17 – 14th March ’17.

Times:  6.00pm – 7.30pm.

Cost:  donations towards room hire (recommended donation £5 per class).
