Ease back into yoga, or try it for the first time, with this SIX WEEK YOGA COURSE.  A course designed to gradually develop your strength and flexibility, and increase energy levels.

Sometimes you notice you’re not as flexible and strong as you’d like to be.  Or maybe you’ve been feeling stressed and it’s beginning to affect your energy levels.  This SIX WEEK yoga course has been designed to build strength and flexibility, and deliver a burst of energy.

This course combines flowing yoga sequences with longer held poses, to help you release tightly-held tension in your body as well as promoting the free flow of energy.  By moving between static poses and free flowing movement, you’ll quickly develop strength and flexibility.

In every session there’s pranayama, guided visualisation and meditation to rejuvenate the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

Each week we gradually work through each chakra to restore balance and maximise your energy levels.

The course is easy-to-follow and a fantastic introduction to yoga, as well as being a good energy tonic for seasoned yoga practitioners.

Week 1: Hip opening
Week 2: Twisting from the core
Week 3: Shoulders release
Week 4: Mental focus
Week 5: Core stability
Week 6: Yoga flow

What to expect:
– Flowing yoga sequences and longer held poses
– Deep release of deep-seated tension from your hips, back, and shoulders
– Deep relaxation after guided visualisation, pranayama and meditation

Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes people new to yoga are welcome.  You will be guided through all the sequences gradually step-by-step.  If you’re feeling unbendy, this is the perfect way to begin opening up your body.  You’ll notice a big difference in your movement after the six weeks.
