My name is Aga, and I am a very passionate Yoga teacher and student. My Journey has started with Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga about 6 years ago and  I have been practicing Yoga regularly since then. Finally I have decided to take it as my life path and I continually educate myself in this field to help, inspire and pass on the knowledge as best as I can. I have studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Therapeutic Yoga and with time my understanding of the practice has changed to become something new compared to where I started.

Today my Yoga style is a mix of Hatha, Therapeutic and Power Yoga combined with breathing techniques and meditation. Classes are designed with focus on stress management and gaining strength and flexibility to improve the overall wellbeing of body and mind.

The overall feeling of the class may remind you of a good workout mixed with a deep relaxation.
