Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. I practiced it on and off in the beginning but I was always drawn back to it every time because of how it made me feel. I felt so nurtured, relaxed and connected afterwards. It’s now a non-negotiable part of my self-care. My practice has helped me to love and accept myself, and become more self-aware both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to become the best version of me I can be.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, inclusion for all and a dose of inspiration to help you get the most out of your practice. I love to guide others to self-love and spaciousness in the body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and inspired.
To me Yoga is about creating space for self-exploration using the mind, body, soul and breath connection. I believe you are your own best teacher and am here to facilitate your own exploration of Yoga and what it means to you. My occupation as a Facilitator has given me the joy of teaching and my passion for Yoga led me to the 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga. At In the Moment I also teach Desire Map & Yoga workshops. The Desire Map, is based on the bestselling book by Danielle LaPorte.
