My yoga journey started back in 2016 while I was living in Amsterdam and to my surprise after only a few months on the mat my entire life completely transformed.

What started as an ‘easy class in the gym’ became my way of life, belief system, philosophy and purpose.

I went to study yoga in  India and Nepal where I also met my first sound healing teachers in Pokhara, The Nirvana Brothers, who initiated me into the ancient Himalayan tradition of healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Ever since I have kept on learning and diving deeper into the magical and mystical path of yoga, meditation, breathwork, chanting and all types of alternative healings; and I am joyful to now have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned through my practice with you here In The Moment.

Although I have a very spiritual approach to yoga, if you consider attending one of my regular classes here don`t expect it to be an easy one!  Prepare to sweat like a warrior! I`m going to guide you through a fast-paced intense class, flowing from one asana to another rapidly, linking your breathing to the different motions of your body, awakening all of your muscles and joints, releasing stuck energy blockages, building up strength and flexibility and generating inner awareness. It will not be a quiet or gentle class, but one thing I promise you – you will feel wonderful and energised afterwards, and if you practice with me regularly you will notice a lot of things shifting for the better in your life in general and not only on the yoga mat.
