Yoga can help to make you stronger, more flexible and less stressed and improve your balance, coordination and energy levels.  Whatever your level of fitness, you can benefit from yoga.  This class is suitable for all, and draws on practices from various styles of Yoga, keeping a close focus on working with the breath and being aware of our own individual abilities.

Joy qualified as a yoga teacher in June 2011 and completed yoga therapy training in January 2017.  She teaches or has taught classes in a range of settings – workplaces, community halls, charities, wellbeing centres, yoga studios – and also teaches 1:1.
