I first began to practice yoga as a teenager in Northern Ireland and, since moving to Glasgow in 2001, I have attended classes with all of Glasgow’s wonderful yoga teachers. I carried out my 200hr yoga teacher training at the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training Academy in 2015, and I continue to develop my knowledge, attending classes and workshops.
I find yoga to be essential in maintaining a happy mind and a healthy body – the perfect way to stretch out aching muscles from the gym and dissolve all the stresses of the day. I hope to help others benefit as much from yoga as I have.
As a yoga teacher I like to keep my classes light hearted and chilled out, yet still challenging. Always finishing with guided relaxation to ensure you walk out on clouds
