I offer one to one therapeutic movement programmes.  These are based on movement practices from NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) combining Alexander Technique, yoga, tai chi and Feldenkrais.  Combined with mindfulness techniques they bring a balance to mind and body, restoring overall wellness.
The programmes include:
1. Moving to de-stress
2. Moving to feel good
3. Moving for strength, mobility and balance
