Restorative yoga is a slow, passive form of yoga focussing on slowing and opening through passive stretching.  Unlike most contemporary yoga, a session of restorative yoga will involve a small number of postures and a lot of stillness, with little dynamic movement.

Integrated Restorative Yoga is a restful and restorative practice that offers a very peaceful and powerful way to relax body, mind and spirit.  By learning how to relax the different parts of our body the organs in those areas relax as well nurturing their functioning.  It regulates blood pressure, increases lungs capacity, strengthens the immune system, regulates the nervous system and eases all the joints and spine.  Integrated Restorative Yoga is suitable for everyone with a personalized approach to cover each individual needs.  Patricia offers one to one Integrated Restorative Yoga sessions for respiratory and cardiovascular systems disorders, chronic back pain, prolapsed discs and skeletal-muscular-disorders.  Video.
