One-hour Hatha Yoga sessions tailored to your personal needs, enabling you to get the benefits of Yoga in a way that works for you.

Suitable for everyone, including those who have never practised Yoga, and particularly helpful for those with health conditions.  Each session generally lasts an hour.  It will involve a short chat about any health problems you are experiencing and wish to share, followed by some simple practices that may help. If wished/needed there can be several follow-up sessions to review practices and progress.

Joy completed her Teacher Training with Yoga Scotland in 2011 and Yoga Therapy Training with the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy in 2017.  Joy likes to emphasise that Yoga can be practised by everyone, and has taught a range of classes in various venues in Glasgow, including the Scottish Government, the Glasgow Buddhist Centre, the Alliance Française, the Castlemilk Relaxation Centre, Andalus, YCSA and the Glencroft Community Hall. One-to-one sessions provide a valuable opportunity to focus totally on the individual and find the practices that work best for them.
