Setting boundaries can feel challenging for many of us.  Perhaps we feel scared about the impact, worried what people might say, or maybe no-one has ever shown us how.

Clare and Leila have experienced challenges in setting boundaries in their own lives, and we have come across many others who have had a similar experience.  We have developed this workshop to encourage setting limits in a loving way by opening up this discussion and creating a space for peer learning and support.

In this workshop, we will offer an opportunity to creatively explore the concept of boundaries in different types of relationships.  We will reflect on how setting and crossing these invisible lines may impact on our choices, relationships and sense of self.  We will also have a chance to consider new ways to set limits lovingly so that we can enjoy healthier relationships and personal empowerment.

– To explore the unspoken expectations within personal and professional relationships
– To consider the impact of choosing to set limits (or not)
– A supportive group environment with experienced facilitators

– A chance to consider your own boundaries and how these differ from other people’s
– Feel more confident about putting your own needs first
– Thoughtful and meaningful interactions

Leila Frondigoun works therapeutically with people individually and in group settings using creative action methods.  Clare Bennett supports people to develop self-love and more authentic connections through one-to-one and group sessions.

If the cost of this workshop feels too much for you, please contact us and we can look at an alternative price for you.

We look forward to setting limits lovingly together.  See you there!
