Letting Go…  (11th November)

Its autumn and a time for winding down and letting go…  Just as in nature the trees now let go of their leaves we too let go of anything that we no longer need.  We have to let go to enable us to move on.

We travel deeper into the Yin energy with our energy gathering inwards and consolidating.  Preparing for the winter ahead we slow down in pace yet again and begin to restore our energy.  We work with the lungs, allowing us to take in the new and the pure, and the large intestine eliminating waste.  When these organs are out of balance then we can feel sluggish, low and hold on to ‘stuff’ we no longer need both physically and emotionally.

So if you find yourself holding on to emotions or thoughts or tensing up often then come along on Sunday 11th Nov and learn to let go and move on.

The workshop covers:

• Lifestyle and nutritional information related to this time of year
• Dao-In and Qi Gong energy exercises to help us release
• Seasonal Yoga Asanas (poses) specifically for autumn
• Lots of Pranayama (breathwork) to strengthen the lungs and immunity
• Short shiatsu swap (optional)
• Yoga Nidra Meditation to help let go and move on
