You can do anything you put your mind toIf you often find yourself being accident prone, too much in your head, constantly worrying about things or tensing your shoulders then this workshop is for you as we work on bringing our energy down out of our head and into our lower body. This helps to ground us and nourish our Yin energy.

As we ground ourselves we strengthen our self esteem as we gradually slow down in pace to create comfort, stability and balance in our lives.

Grounding Pranayama
Dao-In and Qigong energy exercises
Tennis Ball Massage
Nurturing Yoga Nidra
Information and handouts on the 5 elements, lifestyle and nutrition
Social break for freshly made nourishing juice and tea which is provided
