NSP Image 19-05Who Me?  Exploring Identity, Personal and Political Workshop

Who is ‘me’?  Who are ‘you?

What is identity and how does it form or change?  We will make space to explore the meanings, dynamics and roles involved in identity.  Early experiences of belonging or not, in families and in society, may offer clues to the importance of identity in our lives now.  We may also find long shadows – when does a tribe become a trap?  Using the method of psychodrama to externalise the complexities of identity, we can explore some live issues for ourselves and our clients.
