If you’re having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, wake up in the middle of the night, wake too early or sleep a lot and still don’t feel rested, come and learn about Sleep Recovery.

You’ll leave with practical tools – a simple, effective step-by-step programme that will help you sleep better now and in the future.  The sessions combine lecture, experiential learning and yoga practice.

Please bring a notebook and pen with you.  Come with your questions and leave with new awareness, strategies and practical tools.

Lisa Sanfilippo is a leading yoga for insomnia expert, and author of Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery (Singing Dragon, 2019) and Sleep Recovery (Bloomsbury, 2020).

This weekend will be embedded in a 5-day Yoga for Sleep Teacher Training Course, so as well as working with Lisa, you will be assisted by trainees and former trainees who are learning/practising Yoga for Sleep techniques.
