Lisa Sanfilippo has 2 decades’ experience teaching at London’s top yoga studios, is a UKCP-qualified psychotherapist, and a nationally-recognised expert in yoga for sleep.  She is the author of Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery (Singing Dragon, 2019) and Sleep Recovery (Bloomsbury, 2020).
