Welcome to In the Moment, our new centre for movement and wellbeing, with an invitation to Live, Move and Breathe. We offer classes, workshops and training in Yoga, Contemporary Dance, Biodanza, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation and various complementary and alternative therapies. We aim to create a beautiful, accessible and friendly environment in which people can explore physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through movement.
