We are re-starting our live class schedule with appropriate Covid-19 measures in place. Please also check out our online timetable for lots of alternatives.
Classes marked with * are drop-in = no requirement to book (but you should check with the teacher first in case of holidays etc).
Other classes, please check with the class teacher re: experience required, spaces available, booking & term times etc.

Mondays
- Biodanza with Catherine 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm 2nd Floor. Contact Catherine for details. Re-starting 22nd November – 13th December and then Mondays from January ’22.
Tuesdays
- Tai Chi Qigong with Heather 10:20 am – 11:20 am 1st Floor. Operates term times, beginners welcome, please check with Heather. *
- Tai Chi Chuan with Heather 11:30 am – 12:30 pm 1st Floor. Operates term times, beginners welcome, please check with Heather.
Wednesdays
- Hatha Yoga with Graeme 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm 1st Floor. Prior booking essential.
Thursdays
- Joint Mobility Yoga Class with Simone 6.00 pm – 6.45 pm 1st Floor. Operates term times, beginners welcome, please check with Simone. *
- Embodied Holistic Yoga Class with Simone 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm 1st Floor. Operates term times, beginners welcome, please check with Simone. *
